Joshua is a Charleston area native and lives on the east side of town known as Kanawha City with his partner Chris who is the President of Rainbow Pride of WV. Having grown un in and established his life in Charleston, he is extensively familiar with all the neighborhoods and all of their wonderful treasures within. Josh specializes in relocation to the Charleston area in general as well as waterfront homes, luxury listings, and rural properties. He works all around the area in: Boone, Cabell, Fayette, Jackson, Kanawha, Lincoln, Mason, Putnam and Roane Counties. Josh enjoys helping people find the perfect home to fit their needs. In his spare time you will find him volunteering for many local organizations, such as Kanawha Charleston Humane Association and The Charleston Sternwheel Regatta. He loves to spend time outdoors and on The Great Kanawha River with friends and family.
