I love my city!

"RVA" as it is branded, has become a destination city after years of being passed over for larger metro areas. Many of those coming and returning to RVA have seen that small city living is not only more affordable, it is just an easier way to live. Our proximity to the beaches, DC and the mountains is also highly desirable as well as possessing the largest urban park system in the country.

As one of Richmond's top producing Realtors, I truly enjoy my avocation. The majority of what I list and sell consists of an older housing stock within Richmond City limits. This makes me a "go-to" agent for those looking for this type of urban lifestyle. I have also brokered several historic estates, "Rose Hill" and "Ditchley"; and continue to use my degree in Historic Preservation and Architectural History to advise his clients as to what to look for when buying historic structures.

I bring a wealth of professional and practical experience to my real estate career; offering clients a unique educational background and an early career with several global brands that are household names. Here, I sharpened my brand management, marketing, sales and customer service skills. My later experience includes project management, home staging, renovation, restoration, and redesign all come together to serve my clients well. Having lived in every neighborhood in Richmond City, I have a first-hand knowledge of them as a resident and can expertly guide my clients as to where they would be most comfortable living based on their lifestyle.

Not all Realtors are created equal, let me show you why!
