Charlie has been a lifelong Southerner. He was born in Columbia and raised in the town of Springdale. Growing up in the Midlands of South Carolina has given him a certain set of values and manners you only find in the South. After a 28 year career in retail he made a big change and his love of customer service made real estate a natural fit. He's now able to focus that passion into spending time one on one with his clients.
He's been happily married since 2016 and enjoys spending time with his amazing family and wonderful in-laws. He and his husband also enjoy spoiling their two "dog-children" Pheeny ( a miniature schnauzer) and Gus (pit-mix). His love of his home state and hometown really shines when he gets to play "tour-guide" to people who are considering a move to the area.
