As a native of Isle of Palms SC, David grew up loving the low-country and all that it has to offer. From the beautiful beaches, historical landmarks, and world renowned restaurants, to name a few, there is so much to love about Charleston and its surrounding areas. It is no wonder why so many families call Charleston home or are clamoring to make a move to our beautiful city. David started his Real Estate career in 2013, but Real Estate has been in his blood going back to his grandfather and father, who were past owners of Island Realty, and his uncle, who is the current owner.
David quickly realized that he had a heart for working with home buyers and sellers. To him, there is something special about walking alongside with clients during the home buying and selling processes. Throughout his career, David has been able to sell many types of Real Estate. With almost a decade of experience selling properties from vacant land, rehab projects, single-family homes, condos to luxury multi-million dollar waterfront homes on Isle of Palms, David will surely make your Real Estate experience smooth and trouble-free.
What sets David apart from the competition through his proactive and customer service-oriented approach, coupled with his innovative marketing strategies when selling homes. The buyers David has worked with also have a special place in his heart and always makes sure he listens to their needs and wants to ensure their dreams of homeownership come true. Clients enjoy his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for them. He also understands that the home buying and selling process can be emotional by nature, but he works hard to put that anxiety at ease every step of the way.
When not selling homes, David enjoys living and taking in all that Park Circle has to offer with his Springer Spaniel Calhoun and cat Loki at his side.
