I'm Mike, and I have been in the real estate industry for 17 years. As a Philly boy, I cut my teeth as an assistant to a seasoned agent with a general territory of Roxborough, Manayunk and Conshohocken. I acquired my license when I was 20 years old. I have a Bachelors in Corporate Communications from Arcadia University, and an MBA with a concentration in Strategic Leadership from New England College.
Real Estate has been my passion forever, but I gleaned valuable insight from my time in the insurance industry on the company side. Working for a top national carrier, I gained relevant experience in Commercial Habitational Underwriting (for the Hudson Valley, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and coastal Long Island), and general insurance expertise.
Einstein said "the only source of knowledge is experience." And when it comes to experience, I have plenty. I previously restored a 115 year old row home in Lansdale. Decades of carpet, wallpaper, drop ceilings, and sheet linoleum were removed to bring the grand dame back to her former glory. I also project managed the restoration of a Gilded Age mansion in Chestnut Hill. Historic homes are my specialty.
I have excellent connections with home inspectors, lenders, estate & financial planners, and contractors in the area. If you need a guy, I got a guy!

The process doesn't end when you get your keys. We also stress the importance of protecting your investment, maintaining your home, and making sure you enjoy homeownership!
