Renee was born in San Francisco and raised in the Bay Area. Her career began at age 19 as a receptionist for a computer company. This progressed into a sales and marketing positionan area of expertise that has helped her become a successful Realtor Renee became #1 in Sales for the entire West Coast at the young age of 22 and later progressed to the position of Senior Director of Sales and Marketing. Renee supervised 3 offices and over 100 employees along with the training of new sales employees and was directly responsible for over 60 million dollars in sales.
After 20 years in the high-tech industry, Renee chose to move to the Rogue Valley in her pursuit of a Real Estates career. After just a short number of years, Renee has developed into one of the top real estate agents in Jackson County and consistently among the top 2% in Real Estate Production in the Pacific Northwest with her brokerage. She continues to mentor new agents in her attempt to create business success for all that is within her reach. Renee has successfully created and mentored her Team which began as a one-person show with sales in the $4.5 Million range to a Team that consists of herself, her husband and Broker, Ken, and her Executive Assistant, Tracey. The Team has developed into a thriving business creating over $10 million in sales in 2015 and has consistently maintained its positive rise in the Real Estate Market in Southern Oregon.
