He was incredibly professional but with a giant personality. He was the reason we had our offer accepted, and he’s bloody brilliant. While other agents may have wavered or given up Jake never did, and he continued to help guide me through the process. When we found the right house he helped move the process and negotiation along extremely fast and efficiently. He is very kind and fun to work with. Working with Jake to find our first home was everything we could have hoped for and more. After meeting him at a house we saw on Zillow, we knew he was trust-worthy, intuitive, savvy, and FUN. He made navigating the housing market during a pandemic, on a very tight timeline and budget, an absolute blast. We had a lot of silly questions before we found our house (and after too, haha) but Jake NEVER made us feel silly for asking. I worked with Jake to purchase my first home. We spent an afternoon viewing a few properties I had selected and he threw in some that I hadn't seen yet but were similar. He was knowledgeable and gave honest opinions on the houses we saw. We didn't find a good fit the first weekend but he was quick to respond the following weekend and even set up a couple showings over a holiday (where we did find a house to make an offer on!).
