As I traveled from city to city after college, I realized that I felt the most at home in Durham! Since being here, I have come alive in so many ways, and as a queer man from the South, it is amazing to be a part of such a welcoming and inclusive LGBTQ+ community in my city. Working with Josh was such a treat & a great experience. We live in Florida & are moving to Durham. Not only did he visit a few houses that piqued our interests for us while we were in Florida, but he also did additional research for flood zones & any additions to the houses that might not have been permitted properly. We planned on visiting for a week & sent him a list of our top houses. He scheduled them all on a Sunday to help facilitate my work schedule. He was great about giving us the space to explore each house. He shared any information he had on the various neighborhoods & pointed out any possible issues we may have not noted. One house really stood out to both of us. Josh met us there on Monday for a longer, more thorough inspection of the house. We submitted an offer but there were multiple offers - we talked it out with Josh, resubmitted & we closed 3 weeks later.
