As a buyer, you want a patient yet assertive partner, to help to buy the right home for you at the best possible price. In other words, you want to make sure you dont leave any money on the table. This is where I step in to partner with you as your consultant, negotiator and project manager.

In 2019, I launched my real estate career during the pandemic. I worked quickly with many local real estate professionals to learn the ins and outs of this competitive market. Studying the market day in and day out I have been able to learn all the different faucets of this complex market.

Ive spent the past few years in the competitive landscape of NY real estate and worked behind the scenes with hundreds of other real estate agents. My secret sauce, and the reason for the 5-star client reviews, is directness, transparency, stylish home staging and compelling listing marketing, expert negotiations, and the ability to keep people and deals on track calmly and professionally. This ability is part natural instinct and part commitment to advanced, ongoing training and education. A lot of what agents do sounds similar on paper. What varies (significantly) is how they do it and the resulting outcomes for their clients.

On a personal note, I care very deeply about my clients individual situation, goals, and dreams. Western New York real estate is exciting, challenging and often exhilarating. To play a part in helping you get what you want whether its selling your home to open a restaurant, retiring to Florida or Wine Country, selling a parents home after they have passed away, relocating to the suburbs to raise a family, selling their company, or simply moving from one suburb to another to stay close to family it has ALL been truly gratifying experience to me.
