Picture it, Long Island October 2012, a 20-year-old homegrown Long Island boy starts a part time job working for a real estate office when BAM one of the most devastating hurricanes in a lifetime hits the shores of Long Island. Connors Real Estate story was born in the eye of a hurricane, and went on to see this young, scrappy and hungry self-starter not throw away his shot at making a difference in the world around him. One of the core thread lines in his life has been education and growth, not only for him, but for those around him. Connor is a skilled presenter providing thousands of hours of training for Real Estate agents and customers. His expertise includes marketing, technology, sales and negotiation tactics, wealth building and leadership. Just as the Real Estate industry evolves to become more innovative and efficient so do I stated Connor in a recent Zoom call. Connor also applies these skills to his volunteer work through his Non-Profit that financially supports local business students in the Academy of Finance at Northport High School. He takes his experience as an alumnus of the Academy, Real Estate Advisor, and the former CEO of a local branch of a national brokerage to mentor and prepare the students to be college and career ready. In between showings and trainings, you can find Connor at some of his favorite local hotspots like Southdown Coffee, The Shed in Huntington, Del Fuego in East Northport, taking in a show at the Engeman Theater, relaxing on Fire Island or playing at Coindre Hall with his English Coonhound Taylor.
