I have an SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. I am extremely knowledgeable about the Active Adult Communities here in Henderson and Las Vegas. Sun City Anthem, Solera and Sun City MacDonald Ranch to name a few. I work with both buyers and sellers, locally and from out-of-area, from first time home buyers to those who are selling their house.
I know the American Sign Language. Both my parents were deaf and I have used the sign language all of my life. Please note that I am not CDI or CI (certified deaf/certified interpreter) however, I have helped deaf people who want to purchase a home, sell a house, or invest in the real estate market.
