I bought my home in Monroe in 2021, and it was the best decision I ever made! As a queer aro-ace nonbinary individual, I live at home with my 5 cats, 3 foster kitties, and 2 outdoor community cats. Cole was AMAZING! First, they were willing to drive all over the state with us, we went to at least 4 different areas looking at houses and they were fantastic. They were super organized, had in depth knowledge of all the areas and the properties, they got us to each location and made arrangements with all of the various sellers. They helped us find places that fit our needs, which was exceptional when you realize we had a 3 page list of criteria something had to meet.

Then when we finally found the place that was perfect for us, they did all the necessary things but also went above and beyond helping with physical closing since we couldn't be there in person, going so far as to do the walk through and put their own lock boxes on the doors until we can get up there and get them replaced with new locks.
