Relocating to Cleveland, Ohio in 2005, he built a successful career in the insurance industry, spending over 18 years developing others and advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion through Employee Resource Groups supporting LGBTQ+ and marginalized communities. During his time in Cleveland, he met and fell in love with his husband, Ben.
In 2024, a job transfer brought them, along with they two cockapoos, to Detroit, Michigan, a city that embraced them with open arms. Falling in love with Detroits vibrant culture and ongoing renaissance, Zac knew it was time to return to his passion for real estatepicking up where he left off 19 years before.
