Dustin's childhood dream of helping people buy and sell homes in Florida and Alabama led him to earn real estate licenses in both states. Passionate about real estate from a young age, Dustin was inspired by the show Property Virgins and his grandparents' rental properties. His historical research into southern towns and fascination with abandoned cemeteries and ghost towns have resulted in 8 published books and multiple articles. Although he no longer practices real estate in Alabama and Florida, Dustin continues to represent clients in Kansas, where he leverages his unique historical insights to provide exceptional service to homebuyers and sellers.
