Tori is a Georgia real estate broker and licensed real estate instructor. Tori was originally licensed as a real estate salesperson in 2006 and has worked full-time in the industry since and even weathered through the 2008 Great Recession. Most notably, Tori was a top sales associate, trainer and team leader. In 2011, she obtained her broker's license and used it as leverage in her masterful negotiation and marketing techniques. During the market recession, Tori emerged as an industry leader in default management, short-sales, foreclosures and property valuations. She worked as a contractor Wells Fargo, Colliers International, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. As a licensee in the state of Florida, Tori served as a broker for Luxury Living Realty on Miami Beach's Fischer Island.
In addition to being an authority in Metro Atlanta real estate sales, Tori is also responsible for the professional development of hundreds of real estate agents across the United States. To better assist new agents with getting acclimated to the real estate industry, Tori authored an eBook that helps agents navigate their first days as real estate professionals.
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Tori and her mother, Antoinette, knew that there was no better time to transition into being the brokers and owners of their own real estate firm in the heart of Douglas County Georgia right across from the Douglas County Courthouse where Tori worked as a victim and witness advocate for the Douglas County District Attorney's office.
Prior to real estate, Tori attended Georgia State University where she studied Secondary Education and Criminal Justice. While in college, she worked as a retail sales manager for Nordstrom, Macy's and Bloomingdales. Raised by aspiring entrepreneurs, Tori was also a successful entrepreneur who excelled in sales and recruiting for Avon and TNI International.
In her spare time, Tori enjoys sunbathing on any Atlantic Beach, reading professional development books and rollerskating. Tori is a loving wife to her husband Adrian and the mother to 4 beautiful children, Thomas, Mia, Nicholas and Christopher. She worked full-time, pursued real estate and attended college while raising her 3 older children alone. She often faced financial challenges and received little help when she attempted to receive assistance. That was the driving force for the creation of a non-profit organization that aims to provide working single mothers who don't otherwise qualify for public assistance with financial, housing and career resources. It's also important to note that Tori is a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and is a proponent of social equity for all humans.
