Joe and I have lived and worked in South West Florida for over 13 years. Originally, we were from the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan area. While there, Joe was a Senior Vice President with a large financial institution serving as a commercial and residential lender and I was a partner and Sales and Marketing Director for a private manufacturing company. Having also both been licensed Realtors in New Jersey, we found the transition here as Realtors to be somewhat seamless. We both enjoy working in this field and have had much success finding the right homes for our buyers and marketing and selling homes for our sellers. Joe and I are very familiar with the South West area of Florida and the waterways since we live here and are active in the community.
