Hailing from Central PA, we first made Long Neck, DE our second home, while we owned and operated an Internet Marketing company. After selling that highly successful business in 2013, we migrated permanently to Rehoboth Beach where we also own and operate a Bed & Breakfast.
While a lot of our visitors and guests are experiencing the Delaware Shore for the first time, many are looking to make Rehoboth their vacation home and/or their permanent home post retirement. So it should come as no surprise that we specialize in finding transplants their next dream home. Additionally, having personally bought and sold millions of dollars in commercial property (both Real and IP), we are the perfect partners to assist budding entrepreneurs or savvy investors navigate the buying or selling process.
When we're not selling Real Estate, you'll find us hosting dinner parties, surf fishing with friends, tending to the vegetable garden,or simply enjoying a martini in our courtyard.
