Marc was great to work with. He knew all the neighborhoods in the area we were interested in and then some. Having to house hunt long distance was difficult, but Marc made it easier. I flew up 2 times and he devoted the entire day each time to help me in that limited time. He was also very astute when it came time to negotiate the price and the concessions after the inspection. I would whole heartedly recommend Marc to anyone looking for a home in this area.

Marc is exceptional. He is the "go-to" person when it comes to knowledge and understanding of the housing market along the CT shoreline. He was my agent when I purchased my first home 10 years ago.
