Brad was born and raised just outside of Kansas City in Lee's Summit, Missouri. After graduating from the University of Missouri with a BSBA, he pursued his love of real estate by accepting a job in commercial real estate lending.
He moved to Colorado in 2014 for the great outdoors, and never looked back. Throughout his ten-year career in commercial lending, Brad always thought about what it would be like as an agent vs. being on the financing side of the transaction. While working as a Vice President of Commercial Lending, Brad assisted buyers with bridge financing, home equity lines of credit, land loans and construction loans (to name a few) in order to buy or build their dream homes or investment properties.
Brad quickly realized his clients would rant and rave about their realtors, and wanted to be a part of that world. Brad and his husband have bought and sold four of their own homes in Boulder County.
