For Michael, real estate truly runs in the family. Both of his parents earned their REALTOR licenses in the 1980s, and his brother is currently an agent as well. With this kind of lineage, its no wonder Michael gravitated towards a career in real estate. A native of San Diego, Michael came to the Bay Area in 2000 to attend UC Berkeley and never left.
After graduating, Michael moved into Financial Technology and Services, working for companies like Thomson Reuters and Nasdaq. It was there that he learned the account and project management skills and deep understanding of client services and financial markets that he brings to his real estate career.
From the Mission to the Marina, Michael has called many parts of San Francisco home since moving to the city in 2004, giving him an insiders knowledge of the citys many diverse neighborhoods. Michael himself is both a long-time San Francisco homeowner and landlord, so he knows about investing. Not coincidentally, Michaels has stated that his mission in real estate is to make sure that his clients are making smart investments and buying something they love in one of the worlds great cities.
Michael has been described as energetic, personable, and stylish, and the latter could explain his love for interior design and architecture. But his greatest enthusiasm lies in a deep love of dogs, especially his fun-loving Labrador, Berkeley. Michael is most content when he and Berkeley are joined by Michaels husband in exploring both the new and less-traveled neighborhoods of San Francisco.
