Before I was licensed, I worked for rehabbers/flippers and learned what improvements and marketing get the biggest bang for the buck. Ive worked in multifamily acquisitions for a commercial real estate company, so I know how to work with clients who more focused on the numbers.
In 2015, my own home-buying experience with my partner made me realize how important it is to have an ADVOCATE when buying in a competitive market like the Bay Area. Real estate can be transactional, but it isnt for me and my clients. Homeownership should be accessible to everyone, and the process of selling a home shouldnt feel like preparing for your graduate thesis.
