After growing up on Long Island, New York, Glenn spent most of his career as a Procurement Director, In New York City. As a team leader who collaborated across all divisions of the organization, Glenn was continuously self-driven to obtain client goals and is an innate problem solver who developed excellent inter-personal and organizational skills.
When the opportunity arose to move from New York to Southern California, Glenn didn't hesitate for a minute. After landing in Los Angeles, Glenn had the opportunity to explore a new passion and begin his own property management company, serving clients throughout Southern California. Utilizing his management skills from his days in NYC and forming new relationships with members of the real estate community, he serviced his clients' needs through tenant and property management, contractor negotiations and managing multiple properties for individual clients.
While Glenn was building his business, he also held the position of President of his condominium association, to which he brought organization, leadership and increased homeowner value. For several years, he contributed to his community as Board Member and Treasurer for a non-profit organization, being chairperson for several fund raising events. In addition, Glenn has volunteered for many years at a local food shelter. After several years and many miles, he sold his company, but all the while, still maintaining that same passion for the real estate industry.
