Dubbed The Pink Palace, the house has also become a profitable Airbnb hosting guests from around the world, and a popular filming location for short films, music videos, and MTV reality.
I was so invigorated by the buying process that I immediately became obsessed with purchasing an investment property. One year later, I closed on a turn-key oasis in Palm Springs. Of course, more house parties ensued. Three months after designing, landscaping, and listing my second home on Airbnb, I was again so impassioned by the process that I realized it was time to help others buy, sell, and invest in their own slice of the California Dream. Within months I had my realty license and Ive loved every minute since.
