A 14 Year resident of the valley, I consider myself first and foremost, an investor. Prior to getting my license six years ago, I was actively buying and selling income-producing properties along with single family residences for my own benefit. This investment activity got me so busy helping friends locate properties for personal and investment purposes that I decided to get a real estate license!
